Custom chip machining (turning, milling)

We offer serial and piece production of parts from various materials. Most often from stainless steel, aluminum, iron, but also from brass, bronze and plastic. We use YCM, Doosan, Huyndai and HAAS machines for production.

Lathes

YCM TC 16MB – max. bar diameter 66mm, max. turning diameter 230 mm, swing over bed 550 mm, swing over gap 320 mm, max. turning length 370 mm, distance between centres 520 mm, powered tools, continuously controlled C axis.

Doosan Lynx 220A – this CNC lathe is equipped with an automatic bar feeder. Work range: max. swing over bed 510 mm, max. swing over gap 290 mm, max. turning diameter over bed 320 mm, max. turning length with a chuck 322 mm, max. diameter of a machined bar 45 mm.

Hyundai SE2200l – lathe, max. rod diameter Ø 65 mm; max. machining diameter Ø 350 mm; circulating diameter over bed Ø 600 mm; max. machining length 558 mm; automatic tailstock.

Milling Cutter

HAAS VF3SS – 33-axis center including 4-axis, working travel X,Y,Z = 1016 x 508 x 635 mm, working table dimensions 1219 x 457 mm, spindle face distance / table area = 102-737 mm, spindle type ISO40, max. spindle speed 12 000 rpm, X, Y, Z axis rapid traverse = 35.6 m/min, max. table load 794 kg.

Surface treatments

For our customers, we provide surface treatments such as tumbling, blasting, anodizing aluminum in various colours and hardness, galvanic galvanizing or electrolytic polishing.

We are able to provide laser marking of the product according to your requirements.
